Dockery's is a restaurant, brewery, and music venue located just outside of Charleston on Daniel Island. We serve fresh, seasonal eats that you can pair with one of our house brewed beers while you listen to some incredible live music on stage or outside on our covered pavilion. We hope to see you soon!

Alligator roasts are unlikely to become a regular happening at Dockery's, executive chef Andy McLeod says.
The Daniel Island restaurant, which is celebrating its first anniversary today, recently cooked a gator to demonstrate its team allegiance in the concurrent match-up between University of South Carolina and the University of Florida.
The event so impressed loyal customer Baron Christopher Hanson that he took it upon himself to issue a press release touting the gumbo and provenance of the meat, which came from a Florida farm that also sells hides for handbags.

Volvo Car Stadium is pleased to announce a new partnership with Daniel Island neighbor Dockery's to be the exclusive local craft beer provider for the venue. Dockery's, led by brewmaster Dustin Wilson, will launch a new custom beer to be served at Volvo Car Stadium this summer, No Fault, a light, golden ale with a low 4.0% ABV designed for drinking at the various outdoor events at Volvo Car Stadium. The two organizations are together launching a design contest for this new beer's can label. Contest winners will receive recognition on the can and at the launch event, $500 cash, and tickets to the Volvo Car Open finals. The official launch event will be announced at a later date.
