Dockery’s will provide rewards as outlined in the program guide available at DockerysDI.com/backstage. To qualify for a reward, user must have requisite points available in their account. User must present loyalty app QRA code for scanning or present server with their email address or phone number before checkout at Dockery’s in order to receive points on their order.
Points and rewards are non-transferrable. Only one reward may be used per visit to Dockery’s and cannot be combined with other rewards or gift cards.
Rewards offers will expire 30 days from issuance of reward unless otherwise indicated in the reward notice. This applies to rewards cash, discounts, merchandise offers, or any other coupon sent by Dockery’s.
By joining the Backstage Pass program, user agrees to register for the Dockery’s eNewsletter program in order to receive program notifications, rewards information, and other offers. User may choose to opt out of the eNewsletter program at any time, but understands that the expiration of any reward is based upon the issuance of the reward and not the notification to the recipient.
Dockery’s will not under any circumstances sell, give away, or otherwise share our user data with any other business for any reason.
General rules of service:
• Users must be 18 years of age in order to participate in the program
• Membership points may only be redeemed at Dockery’s, 880 Island Park Drive, Daniel Island, SC 29492
• Points are not awarded on redeemed gift certificates, tax, or gratuities and will be issued on qualified purchases only on day of purchase.
• Dockery’s reserves the right to terminate the Backstage Pass program at any time.
• Dockery’s employees are not eligible for our program
• Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
What information may we collect on our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
a. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information ("Non- personal Information"). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which we have collected Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which is available to us while Users are using the Site and/or App. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information and behavioral information, and may contain, among other things, type of mobile device and operating system, etc. with which the User is accessing the app and/or site. We also collect Non-personal Information which you provide us voluntarily in order to active the App and allow us to track your available points and rewards, namely, your phone number and email address.
b. The second type of information is individually identifiable information ("Personal Information"). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature. Personal Information may include, without limitation, User's name, email address, location, date of birth, sex, and certain personal eating preferences (vegetarian, coffee preferences, etc.). In addition, you can purchase through ordering platform using credit cards. Please know that such payment information is not stored in our database (see section 8 below with respect to the payment method), but is accessed through payment gateways solutions.
Providing Dockery’s with Personal Information is completely optional and is not required in order to use the App and/or Site. At any time the user can opt out to stop get personal promotions and/or unsubscribe from getting emails and/or promotions from our platform entirely.
There are two main methods we use:
a. We collect Non-Personal Information through your use of the Site and/or App. In other words, when you are using the Site and/or App we are aware of it and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage. We also collect Non-personal Information which you provide us voluntarily in order to active the App, namely, your phone number.
b. We collect Personal Information which you provide us voluntarily either on registration, or by using our settings or when you purchase using Your credit card. We store the Personal Information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.

We take a great care in implementing and maintaining the security of Dockery’s's Sites and Apps and its User's Personal Information. Dockery’s employs industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of its Users' Personal Information and prevent unauthorized use of any such information.
