Terms of Use

Dockery’s will provide rewards as outlined in the program guide available at DockerysDI.com/backstage. To qualify for a reward, user must have requisite points available in their account. User must present loyalty app QRA code for scanning or present server with their email address or phone number before checkout at Dockery’s in order to receive points on their order.

Points and rewards are non-transferrable. Only one reward may be used per visit to Dockery’s and cannot be combined with other rewards or gift cards.

Rewards offers will expire 30 days from issuance of reward unless otherwise indicated in the reward notice. This applies to rewards cash, discounts, merchandise offers, or any other coupon sent by Dockery’s.

By joining the Backstage Pass program, user agrees to register for the Dockery’s eNewsletter program in order to receive program notifications, rewards information, and other offers. User may choose to opt out of the eNewsletter program at any time, but understands that the expiration of any reward is based upon the issuance of the reward and not the notification to the recipient.

Dockery’s will not under any circumstances sell, give away, or otherwise share our user data with any other business for any reason.

General rules of service:
• Users must be 18 years of age in order to participate in the program
• Membership points may only be redeemed at Dockery’s, 880 Island Park Drive, Daniel Island, SC 29492
• Points are not awarded on redeemed gift certificates, tax, or gratuities and will be issued on qualified purchases only on day of purchase.
• Dockery’s reserves the right to terminate the Backstage Pass program at any time.
• Dockery’s employees are not eligible for our program
• Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Dockery’s Privacy Policy

Dockery’s ( "we" or "us") respects the privacy of the users ("User" or "you") of its Apps and/or its online ordering platform sites (as such terms are defined in detail in our Terms of use at DockerysDI.com/terms (the "TOU")), and is committed to protect the personal information that its Users share with it. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our Site and/or our App. Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the TOU, which this Privacy Policy is incorporated thereto by reference.

BY INSTALLING THE APPS OR BY USING OUR ORDERING AND E_COMMERCE PLATFORM, ENTERING TO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND/OR APP YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (THE "PRIVACY POLICY"), INCLUDING TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW). IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE AND/OR APP, DO NOT INSTALL THE APP AND PROMPTLY ERASE THE APP AND ANY PART THEREOF FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE AND DO NOT USE IT IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.

What information may we collect on our Users?

We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:

a. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information ("Non- personal Information"). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which we have collected Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which is available to us while Users are using the Site and/or App. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information and behavioral information, and may contain, among other things, type of mobile device and operating system, etc. with which the User is accessing the app and/or site. We also collect Non-personal Information which you provide us voluntarily in order to active the App and allow us to track your available points and rewards, namely, your phone number and email address.

b. The second type of information is individually identifiable information ("Personal Information"). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature. Personal Information may include, without limitation, User's name, email address, location, date of birth, sex, and certain personal eating preferences (vegetarian, coffee preferences, etc.). In addition, you can purchase through ordering platform using credit cards. Please know that such payment information is not stored in our database (see section 8 below with respect to the payment method), but is accessed through payment gateways solutions.

Providing Dockery’s with Personal Information is completely optional and is not required in order to use the App and/or Site. At any time the user can opt out to stop get personal promotions and/or unsubscribe from getting emails and/or promotions from our platform entirely.

2. How Do We Collect Information on Our Users?

There are two main methods we use:

a. We collect Non-Personal Information through your use of the Site and/or App. In other words, when you are using the Site and/or App we are aware of it and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage. We also collect Non-personal Information which you provide us voluntarily in order to active the App, namely, your phone number.

b. We collect Personal Information which you provide us voluntarily either on registration, or by using our settings or when you purchase using Your credit card. We store the Personal Information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.

Dockery’s will not share any Personal Information it collects with any third party. Notwithstanding, Dockery’s may disclose Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the TOU, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to User's support requests; (e) respond to claims that any content available on the Site violates the rights of third-parties; (f) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party had been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (g) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Dockery’s , its Users, or the general public; (h) when Dockery’s is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets; (i) to collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through its authorized third party App providers, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in countries outside Israel, including but not limited to the United States of America; (j) to enable payment through certain online payment method (see section 8 below); or (k) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure. For avoidance of doubt, Dockery’s may transfer and disclose Non-personal Information to third parties at its own discretion.

5. Modification or Deleting Personal Information

If for any reason you wish to modify or delete your Personal Information you can send us an email to: support@Dockery’s.ai and we will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.

6. Security

We take a great care in implementing and maintaining the security of Dockery’s's Sites and Apps and its User's Personal Information. Dockery’s employs industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of its Users' Personal Information and prevent unauthorized use of any such information. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

7. Third Party Software/App

While using the Site and/or App we may be using third party software and/or App, in order to collect, store and/or process the information detailed herein. Such software/App include without limitation, Amazon cloud services which privacy policy can be found at: http://aws.amazon.com/privacy/

8. Payment

Dockery’s accepts payment through online payment gateways which enables you to send payments securely online using a credit card. Please see the gateway’s websites for more information. Please note that you shall be subject to the applicable gateway Terms of Use. Dockery’s is not affiliated with gateways, as each is an independent contractor, and neither is the agent or employee of the other, and neither is responsible in any way for the actions or performance (or lack thereof) of the other. Use of credit card service is on your sole discretion and sole liability.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Site and App and any information collected therein. Dockery’s reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. We will provide notice of substantial changes of this policy on the homepage of the Site and/or we will send you an e-mail regarding such changes to the e-mail address that you provided in the registration form. Such substantial changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our website or sent by email. Otherwise, all other changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated "Last Revised" date and your continued use of the Site after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
